This item is good for storing the whole kit (cord, mount, & GPS) say…if your packing it away for a vacation in your suit case. Not very practical for everyday use, due to its size. Doesn’t even have a carry strap. This isn’t something you can put in your coat pocket.

Having said that, it is constructed very well and have no complaints for what it is.

Worked perfectly for my Tomtom one, the charger, and the dash mount. Little bulky to carry, but that’s not the point. The only improvement to be made is maybe a carrying strap like a camera case has.

I guess for the price I should rate this higher. This is not something that will fit well in a lady’s purse, as one reviewer had written. Let’s face it, this is a storage case which is exactly what I wanted for my husband that would hold all the pieces that come with the Garmin 255W and it does exactly that. Is it leather, NO, it shouldn’t be for the price. It’s looks are acceptable and it’s a decent case for what it is meant for. Nothing more, nothing less. This is meant to keep all cords, attachment devices and the unit together for storage somewhere in your vehicle out of sight when not in actual use. You know, so it won’t be advertising to have your vehicle broken into!!

Like the hard case protection. The mesh pocket on upside of compartment doesn’t work well for either the car charger or window anchor, so you have to deal with them separately. The zipper is very small and hard to take around the corners.

The case is well constructed and protects my GPS very well. I only wish there was some way to attach the suction mount of my GPS to the case, so that I could keep everything in one place.
