This is a Chrysler Pt Cruiser Turbo Convertible 2005.

It should be sticking out of the side of the valve cover with a hose attatched

The valve should be right behind the oil fill cap in the valve cover. It should just pull out, give it a twisting motion while pulling up on it to get it out. Same thing to get the hose off of it, pull while twisting on it.
