Unknown workforce (tranport or bus company?) and vehicles, early 1920s

A lovely large group portrait, clearly of the complete workforce of some business or other. Unfortunately there are very few clues who they could possibly be and what they did. Are the vehicles at all distinctive? My first thought was that they may be buses.

Thanks to Flickr members (see comments) we now know:
- the vehicle on the right appears to be a Tillings Stevens petrol-electric vehicle
- the second vehicle from the left could be an Albion
- the date appears to be just post WWI

What I like about this is the mixture of faces – there’s an overall sense of pride and camaraderie, but more than a few who look less than impressed with all the fuss of having their photos taken!
