As far as I know, it just had different nameplates and badges. Since they didn’t sell Eagle branded vehicles in Europe, they simply re-badged it and sold it as a Chrysler Vision.
They did this with vehicles in Canada, also, with Dodge models being sold as Chryslers there (such as Intrepid and Dynasty) up until around 2003 or 2004 when they changed it to selling US Dodge models as Dodge models in Canada also.
