why does the pagani zonda f has a ridiculous price tag?
i know the pagani zonda f is very fast and has a big engine and a very good streamlined body and other racing staff………..but why it is so expensive?i heard that it cost 440000 pounds to buy a new one.why Italians put those ridiculous prices to their cars.even ferrari does this and it really pisses me off.Just answer me why its expensive.

These prices are usually for limited edition cars.
Aston Martin is making the One-77 selling for $2.3 Million. They are only making 77 of these so the cost of development, production, etc divided by 77 means a much high price.
If they produced a few thousand they may be able to sell this for $500k+.
If you look at $50k-$200k cars, production numbers are tens or hundreds of thousands so prices are more normal.
So they probably only made a small number of Zonda’s which relates to the price-tag.
All of Pagani’s development and production costs, not to mention the price of state-of-the-art technology, is passed on to the consumer with a healthy profit margin so Pagani can continue developing better cars. All high-end car manufacturers do this. It’s ridiculous to assume they’re going to put their blood, sweat, tears and capital into a car only to sell it to a consumer for bare bones.
If you want a CHEAP Italian car, buy a Fiat for heaven’s sake. But don’t expect it to cruise at 160mph.
Handbuilt engine.
Hand stiched interior.
It is made out of carbon fiber, which is a very expensive material.
